This page explains how Digital Sport OÜ processes personal data on the public Turniir platform and when tournament organizers act as separate controllers for registration data.

Digital Sport OÜ is the controller for account creation, login, public-platform use, cookie consent, support, paid stream purchases, and other processing managed by Turniir. When you submit a registration request to a tournament, the relevant organizer becomes a separate controller for the registration data it receives for tournament administration.

Data we process

Account and contact data, such as name, email address, and login-related identifiers.
Registration request data, such as team name, class, country, contact person, optional phone number, additional information, selected packages, and custom registration fields.
Payment and purchase data, such as the paid stream product, order number, payment state, amount, and access entitlement history.
Support and complaint data that you send to us by email or through other customer service communication.
Technical usage data stored in cookies or browser storage, including language preference, consent choice, and analytics data if you opt in.

Purposes and legal grounds

Account creation, login, and core platform features: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before a contract.
Receiving, storing, and forwarding registration requests to the organizer: pre-contractual steps taken at your request and our legitimate interest in operating the platform.
Paid stream payments, purchase confirmations, fraud prevention, and accounting records: performance of a contract, legal obligations, and legitimate interest in protecting claims.
Support communication, complaints, platform security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting: legitimate interest and, where required, legal obligations.
Analytics cookies: consent.

Recipients

Data is shared with the relevant tournament organizer when you submit a registration request. After disclosure, the organizer handles that data in its own role for tournament administration.

Data is also shared with payment service providers, hosting and technical-support providers, and Google and Facebook services used for reCAPTCHA, Google Sign-In, Facebook sign-in, or analytics where applicable. Data is shared only to the extent needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations.

Transfers outside the EEA

Some service providers, especially Google and Facebook services used for analytics, reCAPTCHA, Google Sign-In, or Facebook sign-in, may process data outside the European Economic Area.

Where such transfers take place, we rely on the provider's contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism applicable to the relevant situation.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and afterwards as needed for security, disputes, or legal claims.

We keep purchase and payment data for as long as required by law or accounting obligations. We keep registration-request data for as long as needed to administer the event, resolve disputes, and maintain platform records.

Security

We apply organizational and technical measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and unlawful alteration.

Your rights

You may request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure where applicable, restriction of processing, transfer of data where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time, including through the cookie settings link.
