Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the public Turniir platform. Tournament participation contracts are handled by the relevant organizer, while paid stream products sold through Turniir are sold by Digital Sport OÜ.

Operator details

The public Turniir platform is operated by Digital Sport OÜ, registry code 12935121, address Valga mnt 46, Käärdi alevik, 61007 Elva vald, Tartu maakond. Platform support and complaints about Turniir-operated services are handled at help@turniir.ee.

Platform scope

Turniir provides the technical platform for publishing tournament information, forwarding registration requests to organizers, and selling certain digital stream products. For tournament participation, the relevant organizer remains responsible for participation terms, competition rules, schedules, fees, and disclosing whether it acts as a trader or a non-trader.

Registration requests

Submitting a public registration form sends a participation request to the tournament organizer. The form itself does not automatically confirm acceptance into the tournament. The organizer reviews requests and contacts the registrant separately if confirmation, additional documents, fee instructions, or organizer-specific terms are needed.

If the organizer is not acting as a trader, EU consumer rights do not apply to the participation contract.

Paid stream access

When you buy paid stream access through Turniir, the seller is Digital Sport OÜ. The purchased access is linked to the Turniir account used for checkout and is intended for use in a current web browser with a working internet connection and standard HTML5 video playback support.

The digital content becomes available immediately after successful payment and payment confirmation. The exact scope of access, such as a single match or another stream product, is shown before checkout.

Payments and withdrawal

Payments are processed through the payment provider shown at checkout. Before payment, the buyer must confirm that digital delivery starts immediately after purchase. Once digital access has started, the usual 14-day withdrawal right may be limited or lost to the extent permitted by law.

This does not limit mandatory consumer remedies if the digital content or digital service does not conform to the contract.

Complaints and refunds

Questions about stream purchases, refund requests, and complaints can be sent to help@turniir.ee.

If the stream access does not work as agreed, Digital Sport OÜ may first restore the service or remedy the defect before a price reduction or refund, unless the law requires otherwise.

Liability and third-party content

Turniir may publish tournament materials, schedules, and other content provided by organizers or other third parties. Turniir is responsible for platform operation and for stream products sold directly by Digital Sport OÜ, while tournament-specific sporting decisions and third-party supplied content remain the responsibility of the respective organizer or source.

Dispute resolution

If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved by agreement, the consumer may submit the dispute to the Consumer Disputes Committee. More information is available at https://komisjon.ee.
